The Linsley House has stood on East Utica Street since 1866, through Oswego's shipping heyday, two turns of a century, and more lake-effect winters than anyone's counted. Today it welcomes guests the way it has always welcomed people home: with a deep front porch, rooms full of light, and the kind of quiet character you can't build new.

The House
Built in 1866 and lovingly restored, The Linsley House blends Greek Revival grace with Italianate flair — soaring ceilings, sun-drenched rooms, and original character paired with everything a modern stay requires. Three bedrooms comfortably host four guests (up to six), with a chef's kitchen, a coffee bar guests write home about, 1-Gig Wi-Fi, and a 75" screen for the evenings. The full story lives on the second floor's original staircase and in every antique detail — best suited to guests twelve and older.
