You'll have exclusive occupancy of the expansive front residence: three bedrooms that comfortably host four guests, the way the house lives best, with room for up to six ($50 per additional guest, per night).

The bedrooms are genuinely appointed, not just furnished: a king with a Purple Restore Premier mattress in the primary, a queen in the second (alongside a proper work desk), and two full-size Ethan Allen beds in the third. The full bath — complete with a bidet — and all three bedrooms occupy the second floor, reached by the original staircase; part of the home's 1866 authenticity, and the reason it's best suited to guests twelve and older.

Downstairs, the kitchen earns the word "fully equipped": gas stove, microwave, air fryer — and a coffee bar that guests write home about: French press, Cuisinart drip and burr grinder, and a Nespresso Vertuo with complimentary pods, plus Taylors tea service and a few snacks on the house.
